Appeals in 74 districts

Appeals have been lodged in 74 districts against the award decisions taken by Stichting IMN in the context of the public procurement procedure for vehicle recover agreements for the contract period 2023 - 2026. All appeals are lodged with the Appeals Committee. There are no interim injunction proceedings pending. In most cases, the appeals focus on the decisions to suspend the public procurement procedure in a particular district. Appeals were lodged against an initial award decision taken by Stichting IMN in eight districts. An overview of the districts in which appeals were lodged is shown in the table below.

It is expected that the Appeals Committee will make its decision in these cases before the end of October. Where necessary, Stichting IMN will make new award decisions on the basis of those decisions. Where the parties cannot accept the Appeals Committee's decision, they then have the possibility of submitting their complaints to a hearing in interim injunction proceedings at the District Court of The Hague. Stichting IMN will withhold in-depth decisions in relation to the award of work in all districts until such time as the appeals procedure has been completed.
